My department bought a Business plan by monthly invoice, and Miro is failing to deliver on their commitments.
The invoice is sent to the wrong country(!) with the wrong data, e.g. purchase number.
Customer service is non-responsive and passive at best. We might actually have to abandon Miro due to their surprising unprofessionalism.
Tool that looks promising but it is not reliable. I prepared a brainstorming session with post-it notes. I made sure beforehand that the service was accessible and that there were no problems with the security settings. During the workshop, the web application crashed and was totally inaccessible. I had to improvise to continue the brainstorming session.

Excellent tool for collaborating with colleagues, workshops, design jams, etc.
Thank you!
Like this tool for mindmapping and other visualization tasks
DO NOT USE MIRO.
I had all sorts of problems in a commercial setting because they have the worlds most complicated and convoluted board permissions and ownership system which resulted in all parties physically losing control of transfer of diagrams and I also lost my own personal board and guess what... you then CANNOT contact them on their website. Just community support... pathetic. AVOID!
Miro is a fantastic tool particularly in the remote working world. The support we receive is second to none and the team there are always willing to help.
The ability to create workflows, team off-sites, retros and agile roadmaps is seamless. You no longer need to all meet in a room, you can do it right through the online functionality - the possibilities are endless!

I just started using miro for my personal tasks and projects, and it's being great. It has tons of features I use to have everything in order.
Now I will use it professionally!
I just love it :)
Absolutely love the product. Miro team is doing a great job to ensure that the actual workflow is done inside Miro without jumping back and forth to other apps.
Wish that one day it becomes a solution accepted by many big companies :)
My favourite website! It is so helpful during these times of remote working. I love collaborate with others on ideas but also create my own flows and thoughts in a visual way.
